VR can make interview practice more interactive by helping participants improve their answers, choose relevant examples, and build confidence. VR applications tend to increase user motivation and engagement by providing interactive and immersive experiences.
By experiencing an interview process virtually, individuals can develop more accurate expectations and make trial error exercises finding what works for them, such as memorising or applying storytelling techniques, mitigating the stress of improvisation or “on the spot” unexpected questions.
The purpose of this session is to explain how VR headsets can support job seekers to prepare for a job interview in an interactive and “real life scenario”.
