Why Virtual Job?
Employment Counsellors across Europe are navigating a rapidly shifting digital recruitment landscape, increasingly defined by virtual job fairs, AI-powered screening algorithms, and augmented reality onboarding. However, professional training has often lagged behind these technological advancements. VIRTUAL JOB was created to bridge this crucial gap.
Our primary focus is on the latest innovations in digital diagnostic, screening, and matching environments utilized by modern enterprises and educational authorities to facilitate seamless pre-boarding, onboarding, and professional mobility.
Spanning six European countries and engaging over 100 practitioners, our initiative employs agile, expert-led action learning. By combining specialized local masterclasses with transnational collaboration, we build practical, future-ready competencies for the employment guidance sector.
